About Rucham LLC

Rooted in Milwaukee.
Invested in its Future.

Rucham LLC was funded in 2006. It’s real estate operation started with the acquisition of it’s first property at 5757 W Oklahoma Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53219 in 2021.

Since our first acquisition on N Oklahoma Avenue, we have grown to manage four strategic properties, collectively housing over 100 tenants across commercial, residential, and mixed-use spaces. Each property undergoes rigorous renovations — new HVAC systems, modern lighting, upgraded infrastructure — restoring the buildings to serve local tenants.

We are committed to long-term stewardship of Milwaukee neighborhoods, partnering with community organizations, city programs, and funding bodies like WHEDA to create lasting, affordable opportunities.

Community Impact

More Than Property Management

Small Business Incubation

Our commercial properties house over 100 small businesses — from hair stylists and tattoo artists to podcasters and counselors — providing affordable, quality space for entrepreneurs to launch and grow.

Residential Affordability

With 10 existing residential units on Historic Mitchell Street and 16 more under construction — backed by WHEDA funding — we are actively expanding access to quality housing in Milwaukee.

Historic Preservation

Our Mitchell Street properties sit on one of Milwaukee's most storied commercial corridors. We invest in renovations that honor the history of these buildings while modernizing them for today's needs.

Infrastructure Investment

Every acquisition is followed by deep capital investment — new HVAC, LED lighting, updated offices, and structural improvements — ensuring the buildings serve tenants and the surrounding community.

Portfolio Impact

Current Operations Support 109 Commercial Occupants — The Pipeline Adds Housing & Business Capacity

  • Occupancy depth: A broad commercial base reduces reliance on a single tenant.
  • Visible demand: Existing levels at Teutonia are fully occupied before the third-floor expansion.
  • Housing creation: Sixteen planned homes expand the portfolio's residential contribution.
  • Local multiplier: Service businesses and neighborhood uses reinforce community relevance.
